Dorchester Presbyterian Church is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA) and a member of Charleston-Atlantic Presbytery, the regional governing body for PCUSA churches and ministers in the area between McClellanville, Hilton Head Island, Barnwell, Orangeburg, and Santee.
